Issued at 1231 AM CDT Wed Sep 23 2026- Slightly cooler but still warm air will continue funneling into our region from the northeast over the next 48 hours before we see temps increase once again for the upcoming weekend.
- Upper ridging appears to give way to a longwave trough in the Tue/Wed timeframe next week bringing with it much needed rain chances along with cooler temperatures.
