1. Periods of rain showers will impact the area through much of the day, and lingering into tonight for Delmarva and far southern New Jersey.
2. A strengthening surface low off the Eastern Seaboard during the middle and latter parts of this week will keep persistent northeast to north flow in place through at least Friday.
