...The latest satellite imagery shows clear skies attm across much of southeast Arizona. The exception is northern Graham and Greenlee counties, where showers and thunderstorms formed during the overnight hours, but have currently shifted northeast out of the forecast area. The satellite layer blended total precipitable water imagery indicates PWATs have lowered into the 0.55 to 0.75 inch range east of a Nogales to Safford line and between 0.75 and 1.0 inch west of this line.
