Portions of east central Ohio, including the following areas, Belmont, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas, southwest Pennsylvania, including the following area, Greene, and West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, Western Tucker and Wetzel. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
