Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Some roads remain closed due to flooding. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 238 AM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain had fell in the warned area on Saturday with thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain fell on Saturday. - Some locations that will experience flooding include
Glenville, West Union, Cedar Creek State Park, Sand Fork, Troy, Linn, Leopold, Coxs Mills, Baldwin, Alum Bridge, Grove, Stouts Mills, Avon, Camden, New Milton, Blandville, Smithburg, Tanner, Cedarville and Normantown. - This includes Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 51 and 62. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
