At 446 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD

Law enforcement reported widespread flooding from Steubenville to Follansbee resulting in numerous closed roadways. IMPACT
Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include
Weirton, Steubenville, Wintersville, Mingo Junction, Follansbee, Hooverson Heights, New Alexandria, Brentwood, Colliers, East Steubenville, Rockdale and Langeloth.

DAY ONE
This afternoon and tonight. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible again this afternoon. Some of these storms could contain strong wind gusts, and heavy downpours resulting in isolated flash flooding.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Saturday through Thursday. Shower and thunderstorm chances continue through Saturday, and return Monday into the middle of next week. Gusty wind, heavy downpours, and isolated flash flooding are possible in some of these storms, especially in the afternoon and evening hours.
