West Central Clay County in north central West Virginia
WHEN
Until 800 AM EDT. IMPACTS
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Some roads remain closed due to flooding. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 446 AM EDT, doppler radar indicated heavy rain had fell across the warned area on Saturday, ranging anywhere from 2 to 6 inches. Lingering high water is expected across portions of the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
