This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.
DAY ONE
Tonight Areas of fog are forecast tonight and could become locally dense in spots in the I-35 corridor, the US-53 corridor between the Iron Range and Duluth, and over all of northwest Wisconsin.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Tuesday through Sunday Fog dissipates early Tuesday morning. Several rounds of thunderstorms are forecast Tuesday night through Labor Day weekend. There is a small chance of a few strong to severe storms Thursday afternoon through Thursday night. Strong northeast winds over western Lake Superior will create a risk of rip currents at the beaches of the Twin Ports Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
