This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of east central Wisconsin, south central Wisconsin and southeast Wisconsin.
DAY ONE
Today and Tonight Moderate to heavy rain and a few storms should linger into this morning, with a break possible later in the morning. Additional rain and some storms are expected around midday into this evening, with the better chances toward the Illinois border area. Widespread rainfall totals in the 2 to 4 inch range are forecast, with locally higher totals in the 5 to 6 inch range possible. The highest totals would generally be south of Highway 18 and Interstate 94. Urban and small stream flooding, ponding of water and minor rises on rivers are all possible. Flash flooding is possible in areas where storms track repeatedly. A Flood Watch remains in effect through early afternoon north of Lone Rock to Madison to Milwaukee, and until early evening south of there. There is a High Swim Risk for all Lake Michigan beaches from Sheboygan to Kenosha Counties, for gusty onshore winds and high waves.

Sunday through Friday There is a High Swim Risk for all Lake Michigan beaches from Sheboygan to Kenosha Counties into early Tuesday evening, for gusty onshore winds and high waves. This may need to be extended into Wednesday evening.

Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
