Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Rounds of showers and some thunderstorms may move repeatedly over the same areas across far southern Wisconsin early this morning. This may bring another 1 to 2 inches of rainfall, with locally higher amounts possible. Urban and small stream flooding, river and creek rises and isolated flash flooding are possible where rain moves repeatedly over the same areas. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of east central Wisconsin, south central Wisconsin and southeast Wisconsin.
DAY ONE
Today and Tonight A Flood Watch remains in effect from Lone Rock to Madison to Milwaukee and south to the Illinois border until 7 AM CDT Sunday. Another 1 to 1.5 inches of rain remain possible. There is a High Swim Risk for all Lake Michigan beaches from Sheboygan to Kenosha Counties, for gusty onshore winds and high waves.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Monday through Saturday There is a High Swim Risk for all Lake Michigan beaches from Sheboygan to Kenosha Counties into early Tuesday evening, for gusty onshore winds and high waves. This may need to be extended into Wednesday evening.
