WEATHER ALERT
This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of east central Wisconsin, south central Wisconsin and southeast Wisconsin.
DAY ONE
Today and Tonight Snow shower plume is currently being observed extending east to southeast of Portage. This activity may continue off and on throughout this morning and possibly longer. Areas closer to Portage may observe light accumulations. An Arctic front will push through today, with gusty northwesterly winds combining with snow showers. Expect less than an inch of accumulation, some slick spots and a few areas of reduced visibilities, especially in portions of central Wisconsin. Arctic air will settle over southern Wisconsin for tonight. The lowest wind chills of negative 14 to negative 20 degrees are expected in the early morning hours on Thursday.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Thursday through Tuesday Thursday morning will continue feature the wind chill in the negative teens. Snow chances return on Friday into Saturday, with slight chances for a wintry mix of snow, freezing rain, and rain Friday night into Saturday.
