This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.
DAY ONE
Today and Tonight Areas of dense fog with visibility of 1/4 mile or less are possible this morning.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Friday through Wednesday There is a 10% chance of isolated thunderstorms south of a line from Brainerd to Sandstone to Hayward to Park Falls. Severe weather is not expected. Strong northeast winds over the western arm of Lake Superior will raise the potential for rip currents each afternoon and evening from Friday through Monday at the beaches of the Twin Ports. Patchy frost is possible Sunday night and Monday night.
SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT
Skywarn spotter activation is not anticipated today or tonight. Rainfall amounts from spotters and the public are encouraged.
