Dogtown Lake Weather Advisory
This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.
DAY ONE
Today and Tonight A few thunderstorms are moving through north-central Minnesota early this morning. A few storms of these storms may be strong to severe, with hail up to 1 inch in diameter, and wind gusts to 60 mph. Thunderstorms are expected to re-develop this afternoon and evening ahead of an advancing cold front. Scattered severe storms are possible for much of the Northland. The primary threats are large hail to ping pong ball size and damaging wind gusts up to 70 mph.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Wednesday through Monday Thunderstorm chances return for Wednesday. These storms are not expected to become severe, but will produce lightning, gusty winds to 40 mph and a brief heavy downpour. Thunderstorm chances return Friday night and persist through the weekend.
