Stonewall Jackson High School Weather Advisory
This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Maryland portion of the Chesapeake Bay, Tidal Potomac River, and I-95 corridor through central Maryland, northern Virginia, and District of Columbia.
DAY ONE
This Afternoon and Tonight Scattered severe thunderstorms capable of producing damaging wind gusts and large hail are possible through this evening. An isolated tornado can not be ruled out across northeastern Maryland. Multiple rounds of heavy rain could result in flash flooding, especially in urban, low-lying, and poor drainage areas. Low water crossings could flood with repeated heavy rain. Special Marine Warnings may be needed this afternoon to evening as strong thunderstorms move over the waters. A few waterspouts are possible, mostly north of the Bay Bridge.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Friday through Wednesday No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
