This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of eastern West Virginia, northern and central Virginia, and central and western Maryland.
DAY ONE
Tonight A Wind Advisory goes into effect for the Blue Ridge at 2 AM tonight.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Sunday through Friday A Wind Advisory continues for the Blue Ridge through 11 AM Sunday morning. A Flood Watch is in effect for the Blue Ridge and portions of surrounding counties east of the Blue Ridge beginning early Sunday morning through late Sunday night. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible in the watch area. Damaging wind gusts and a couple of brief tornadoes are possible Sunday afternoon, mainly east of the Blue Ridge and Catoctin Mountains.

Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- The remnants of Isaias will bring a tropical air mass much into the Mid-Atlantic region late tonight into Sunday. Storms should be highly efficient in this environment and capable of producing several inches of rain throughout the duration of the event. Storm total rainfall is expected to be around 2 to 3 inches, with pockets of 3 to 5 inches along the eastern slopes of the Blue Ridge. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
