FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR THE POTENTIAL FAILURE OF DAM #2, #28, #63, AND EPPERSON DAM ON THE ARARAT RIVER IN EFFECT THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON

Flash Flooding caused by a potential dam or levee failure is possible at Dams #2, #28, #63, and Epperson Dam on the Ararat River. This is a precautionary measure due to high rainfall, there are currently no identified integrity threats to the dams. WHERE

Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Slow moving storm system is resulting in potential for persistent showers and thunderstorms
