Northwestern King and Queen County in east central Virginia
Northwestern King William County in east central Virginia
Richmond County in east central Virginia
Southeastern Westmoreland County in east central Virginia
Western Northumberland County in eastern Virginia
Southeastern Caroline County in north central Virginia

Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 437 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include
Ashland, Tappahannock, Warsaw, Montross, Champlain, Saint Stephens Church, Randolph Macon College, Hanover, Millers Tavern, Newtown, Aylett, Dunnsville, Beulahville, Newland, Manquin, Mangohick, Haynesville, Studley and Dawn. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
