At 1129 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Panguitch, or 31 miles southwest of Junction, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD
Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE

Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include
Panguitch and Hillsdale. This includes the following highways
US Route 89 between mile markers 124 and 150. Utah Route 12 near mile marker 0.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. && LAT
