This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandles.
DAY ONE
This Afternoon and Tonight. Scattered thunderstorms are favored starting this afternoon and lasting through the night. There is a low chance for strong to severe thunderstorms this afternoon and evening that can produce damaging wind gusts. There is a very low chance for excessive rainfall that can lead to flash flooding.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Thursday through Tuesday. Thunderstorms will be possible again Thursday with a very low chance for a severe thunderstorm or two in the northwestern combined Panhandles. Large hail and damaging wind gusts are the primary hazards. Thunderstorm chances return across various portions of the Panhandles from Saturday through Tuesday.
SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT
Spotter activation may be needed this afternoon to early evening.
