Until 1100 AM CDT. IMPACTS
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 805 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include
San Antonio, Converse, Universal City, Live Oak, San Antonio Int Airport, Stinson Municipal Airport, Randolph AFB, Leon Valley, Helotes, Kirby, Alamo Heights, Windcrest, Terrell Hills, Shavano Park, Hollywood Park, Cross Mountain, Olmos Park, St. Hedwig and Somerset. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. WHERE
A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Atascosa, Bandera, Bastrop, Bexar, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Comal, De Witt, Dimmit, Fayette, Frio, Gillespie, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Hays, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, Lavaca, Lee, Llano, Medina, Travis, Uvalde, Williamson, Wilson and Zavala. There is a potential for life threatening flooding somewhere in the watch area. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Between 1 to 3 inches of additional rainfall is possible, with isolated amounts greater than 6 inches possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include
