At 107.0 feet, At levels above 107 feet minor lowland flooding begins as water escapes the main channel above the gage. At 109.0 feet, At levels above 109 feet moderate lowland flooding begins as Greenhouse Road north and south of the channel is inundated and numerous roads along the creek are inundated and impassable. Much of Cullen Park and Saums Road is also flooded. ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Portions of south central and southeast Texas, including the following areas, in south central Texas, Coastal Jackson and Inland Jackson. In southeast Texas, Coastal Harris, Fort Bend, Grimes, Inland Harris, Montgomery, Walker, Waller and Wharton. WHEN

Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Showers and thunderstorms capable of producing heavy downpours will impact the watch area through Friday evening. Embedded training rain rates of 2-4 inches per hour will be possible with the deep tropical airmass overhead. Locations that experience training storms with heavier rainfall rates may experience rapid runoff that could result in flash flooding. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
