This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandles.
DAY ONE
Today and Tonight. Isolated storms continue this morning across portions of the Panhandles. Strong gusty winds will be the main concern with any storm that occurs. Heat Advisory for the southeast corner of the Panhandle and Palo Duro Canyon State Park as temperatures will reach up to 106 in these areas. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Friday through Wednesday. Hot temperatures continue through at least Tuesday with the potential for several consecutive days of widespread temperatures exceeding 100 degrees. Thunderstorm chances pick up each evening Sunday through Wednesday. The most favorable hazard with storms would be strong gusty winds. At this time the confidence in severe weather is low.
