PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke. &&

Tonight. Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Tuesday through Sunday. Hot temperatures will continue through this week, with highs expected to reach or exceed 105 degrees of the Caprock Tuesday and Wednesday. A Heat Advisory is in effect for areas off the Caprock from 1 PM to 8 PM Tuesday.
