Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 406 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include
Brady, Paint Rock, Eden, Melvin, Millersview, Salt Gap, Doole, Stacy, Pear Valley, Ivie Reservoir Near Concho Park Marina, Leaday, Lohn, Brady Lake, Live Oak, The Intersection Of Us-87 And Ranch Road 2134, The Intersection Of Us-83 And Ranch Road 765, The Intersection Of Ranch Road 1929 And Ranch Road 2134, Us-83 Near The Menard-Concho County Line, The Intersection Of Us-83 And Ranch Road 1929 and Us-83 Near The Concho-Runnels County Line. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings

Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. WHERE
A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Brown, Callahan, Coke, Coleman, Concho, Crockett, Fisher, Haskell, Irion, Jones, Kimble, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, Nolan, Runnels, San Saba, Schleicher, Shackelford, Sterling, Sutton, Taylor, Throckmorton and Tom Green. WHEN

Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- There is an increased danger to lives and property due to flash flooding. Flash flooding is likely and considerable flash flooding is possible. - Multiple rounds of heavy rain are possible through Thursday night as an influx of tropical moisture arrives. This will coincide with an approaching upper level low pressure system and an associated frontal boundary. High precipitable water values will support efficient rainfall production with this activity. Showers and thunderstorms capable of producing rainfall totals in the 2 to 4 inch range are forecast across the watch area.
