Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- The remnants of Tropical Storm Edouard are expected to bring a localized swath of very heavy rain to portions of the Flood Watch. While most locations in the watch will see 1 to 3 inches of rain, localized amounts of up to 6 inches will be possible through Thursday night. - weather.gov/safety/flood
