Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Showers and thunderstorms will continue to develop and slowly move across portions of East Texas and Southeast Oklahoma through Friday Morning. Rainfall amounts between 2 inches to 4 inches will be possible. Some isolated higher totals can`t ruled out. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
