Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 225 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include
New Braunfels, San Marcos, Kyle, Seguin, Wimberley, Canyon Lake, McQueeney, Woodcreek, Marion, Kingsbury, Santa Clara, Staples, Zorn, Geronimo and Driftwood. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Atascosa, Bandera, Bastrop, Bexar, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Comal, De Witt, Dimmit, Fayette, Frio, Gillespie, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Hays, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, Lavaca, Lee, Llano, Medina, Travis, Uvalde, Williamson, Wilson and Zavala. There is a potential for life threatening flooding somewhere in the watch area. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
