east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.
DAY ONE
Today and Tonight Additional periods of showers and storms are expected today and tonight. Storms this morning and early afternoon could lead to additional localized flooding and gusty winds. Additional showers and storms in the evening could lead to isolated strong to severe wind gusts and localized flooding, however, confidence is lower in this time period.

This pattern has the potential to produce several rounds of showers and thunderstorms, especially for our northern counties.
