This Afternoon and Tonight The remnants of Hurricane Isaias will begin to move into the region overnight. Rain and strong winds will start by daybreak for the southern Valley.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Saturday through Thursday The remnants of Hurricane Isaias will continue to impact the region. Heavy rainfall and isolated flash flooding area possible for parts of the Plateau, southeast Tennessee, and southwest North Carolina. Please refer to the Flash Flood Watch for greater detail. Windy conditions are expected area-wide with high winds in the East Tennessee mountains, foothills, and possibly portions of southeast Tennessee.
