This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for west central Minnesota, central South Dakota, north central South Dakota and northeast South Dakota.
DAY ONE
This afternoon and tonight. There is a Marginal Risk (level 1 of 5) for severe storms this evening into the overnight hours. The main threat will be large to very large hail up to 2 inches in diameter with a secondary damaging wind threat with gusts of 60 mph .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Sunday through Friday. There is a Marginal Risk (level 1 of 5) for severe storms for most areas on Sunday night into early Monday and a Slight Risk (level 2 of 5) for severe storms for north central, central and parts of northeast South Dakota on Sunday night into early Monday. The main threat will initially be large hail up to golfball size with a damaging wind threat developing late with gusts of 60 mph possible.
