LOCALLY DENSE FOG AFFECTING PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA AND WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA
Patchy fog will continue to affect portions of central and northeast SD and west central MN, reducing visibilities to 1 mile, localized areas of one quarter mile for the next couple of hours. If traveling this morning, reduce your speed and use low-beam headlights when encountering foggy areas.
This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for west central Minnesota, north central South Dakota and northeast South Dakota.
DAY ONE
Today and tonight. Patchy fog over portions of northern South Dakota and west central Minnesota this morning. Visibility may be reduced to around one- quarter mile at times.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Saturday through Thursday. There is a Marginal risk (level 1 of 5) for storms to become severe Saturday and Sunday. The primary hazards will be wind gusts from 60-70 mph and hail around 1 inch in diameter.
