This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southwest Pennsylvania, western Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia.
DAY ONE
This afternoon and tonight. Please listen to NOAA Weather Radio or go to weather.gov on the Internet for more information about the following hazards. Tornado Watch. Flood Watch. Showers and thunderstorms will continue into this evening. Some storms may be severe with heavy rainfall and flooding possible. Damaging wind gusts will be the main threat, though tornadoes are possible.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Thursday through Tuesday. Strong wind gusts are possible Friday with probability of exceeding Wind Advisory criteria (46 mph) around 50-70%. Wind headlines may be needed.

Portions of east central Ohio, including the following areas, Belmont, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson OH, Monroe, Muskingum and Noble, Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Allegheny, Fayette, Greene, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher Elevations of Indiana, Higher Elevations of Westmoreland, Indiana, Washington and Westmoreland, and West Virginia, including the following areas, Brooke, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston and Wetzel. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS

At 18.0 feet, Water begins to flow onto the Monongahela Parking Wharf. At 19.0 feet, Water begins to flow onto the North Shore Riverwalk between the stadiums. At 19.5 feet, The Monongahela Parking Wharf is completely flooded. At 20.0 feet, Water is up to one foot deep in the lower areas of the North Shore Riverwalk. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 10:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 16.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet. - Forecast
