FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 230 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON FOR EAST CENTRAL WESTMORELAND, SOUTHEASTERN ARMSTRONG, INDIANA AND SOUTHERN JEFFERSON PA COUNTIES
At 1223 PM EDT, the public reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD

Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include
Indiana, Punxsutawney, Kittanning, Homer City, Ford City, Black Lick, West Kittanning, Clymer, Sykesville, Rural Valley, New Florence, Big Run, Dayton, Chevy Chase Heights, Rossiter, West Hills, Seward, Bolivar, Ernest and Marion Center.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Pennsylvania and western Pennsylvania.
DAY ONE
This afternoon and tonight. A narrow band of heavier rain will continue to cause localized flash flooding issues into this afternoon.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Friday through Wednesday. The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low for the next round of storms Saturday afternoon and evening.
