People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include
Oil City, Franklin, Sugarcreek, Stoneboro, Polk, Sandy Lake, Cooperstown, Jackson Center, Woodland Heights, Utica, New Lebanon and Maurice K Goddard State Park.

Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing dangerous hail and damaging winds. Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Lightning is one of nature`s leading killers. Today and tonight. Severe thunderstorms are possible today. Damaging wind, large hail, and isolated tornadoes are possible, especially in western Pennsylvania.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Thursday through Tuesday. Showers and thunderstorms are expected on Thursday. Some storms could be severe. Mainly during the afternoon/evening but there is a potential for some overnight storms as well.
