FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON FOR NORTH CENTRAL FAYETTE, WESTMORELAND, SOUTHWESTERN ARMSTRONG AND SOUTHWESTERN INDIANA COUNTIES
At 1220 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD

Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include
Greensburg, Jeannette, Latrobe, Vandergrift, Apollo, Murrysville, Mount Pleasant, Scottdale, McChesneytown-Loyalhanna, Blairsville, Manor, Youngwood, Derry, Delmont, Lawson Heights, New Stanton and Leechburg.
