LOCALLY DENSE VALLEY FOG THROUGH 9 AM TODAY
Mainly clear skies, light wind and moist ground from Thursday`s widespread rain has created areas of dense fog in the deeper valleys throughout Central and Northern Pennsylvania. The fog will quickly diminish by 9 am with a transition to partly to mostly sunny skies afterward. Allow extra time for travel early today and plenty of braking distance between you and the vehicle ahead.

DAY ONE
Today and tonight. Scattered strong, to potentially severe thunderstorms with damaging winds 60 mph or greater and isolated instances of large hail exceeding 1 inch in diameter are possible this afternoon and evening, especially across the region to the West of Route 219.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Sunday through Friday. Scattered, strong to potentially severe thunderstorms with gusty winds and hail are expected Sunday afternoon and evening.
