At 244 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Unity, or 28 miles southwest of Baker City, moving northeast at 15 mph. HAZARD
Wind gusts up to 40 mph, pea size hail, and torrential rainfall. SOURCE

Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Areas of blowing dust possible. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern Baker and northern Malheur Counties.
