Northwestern Caddo County in southwestern Oklahoma
Northeastern Greer County in southwestern Oklahoma
Northwestern Kiowa County in southwestern Oklahoma
Southeastern Custer County in western Oklahoma
Washita County in western Oklahoma

Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 120 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include
Weatherford, Clinton, Hobart, Cordell, Sentinel, Dill City, Corn, Lone Wolf, Bessie, Rocky, Colony, Cloud Chief and Cowden. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
