This Afternoon. DISCUSSION
Thunderstorms will track across parts of southeast Oklahoma into west-central Arkansas into the evening. Peak heating of the day will lead to enough instability for the potential of an isolated severe storm or two. Wind is the primary concern. Storms near the outflow boundary that at early afternoon extended from the Arkansas River Valley in western Arkansas into southeast Oklahoma could develop some rotation. Additional are expected to spread into eastern Oklahoma from the southwest after 10pm. Storm gusts will be possible with these storms as well. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT
Local Spotter Activation May Be Needed.

High Wind Potential
Heavy Rain Potential. FRIDAY
High Wind Potential. SATURDAY through Tuesday
No Hazards. EXTENDED DISCUSSION
Another round of storms is expected to develop in the area on Thursday as the main cold front sweeps in from the northwest. Gusty north winds will occur behind the front.
