Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 424 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include

Scattered to numerous severe thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and evening. Damaging winds to 70 mph and large hail will be the main threats with thunderstorms. A tornado or two is also possible.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Friday through Wednesday. Scattered to isolated thunderstorms are possible on Friday. Some may be strong to severe at times.

At 406 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Hartville, or 10 miles southwest of Ravenna, moving east at 10 mph. HAZARD
