PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS
You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action should Flash Flood Warnings be issued. &&
This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for east central Ohio, western Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia.
DAY ONE
Today and tonight. There is potential for a narrow corridor of training storms producing locally heavy rain overnight tonight that could result in flash flooding, especially if it occurs over areas with still saturated grounds. If confidence increases in a more widespread flash flood threat and confidence in location of that corridor, a Flood Watch may be needed.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Thursday through Tuesday. Lingering heavy rain Thursday morning could maintain the marginal Flood Risk before exiting the region by Thursday evening. The probability for widespread hazardous weather thereafter is low. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT
Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
