This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for east central Ohio, western Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia.
DAY ONE
This afternoon and tonight. The threat of additional heavy rainfall this afternoon and evening is ending. However, Flood Warnings and Flash Flood Warnings continue due to runoff from previous heavy rainfall and ongoing lighter rain. Continue to heed ongoing warnings and road closures.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Friday through Wednesday. A few thunderstorms Saturday afternoon and evening may produce strong to marginally severe wind gusts, although uncertainty remains on the level of the threat.

Until 500 PM EDT. IMPACTS
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. - At 149 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include
