Northern Lawrence County in southeastern Ohio
Northwestern Mason County in western West Virginia

Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 1057 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. State Route 683 and State 356 in Vinton County remain closed due to high water this evening. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include
Gallipolis, Oak Hill, Rio Grande, Gallia, Adamsville, Centerpoint, Gage, Mabee and Petersburg. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
