Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 845 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include
Greenfield and Paint Creek State Park.

Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 818 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include
Hillsboro, Greenfield, Lynchburg, Leesburg, New Vienna, Marshall, Bainbridge, Highland Holiday, Rocky Fork Point, Russell, New Market, Good Hope, Highland, South Salem, East Monroe, Samantha, Rocky Fork Lake, Highland County Airport, Rainsboro and New Martinsburg.
