Crawford County in northwestern Pennsylvania
WHEN
Until 800 PM EDT. IMPACTS
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 453 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include
Meadville, Cortland, Titusville, Kinsman, Andover, Linesville, Harmonsburg, Atlantic, Adamsville, Pymatuning Central, Pymatuning North, Guys Mills, Mecca, Johnston, Cochranton, Saegertown, Cherry Valley, Conneaut Lake, Hydetown and Blooming Valley. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information.

Tonight. Please listen to NOAA Weather Radio or go to weather.gov on the Internet for more information about the following hazards. Flood Watch. Severe Thunderstorm Watch. Scattered to numerous severe thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and evening. Damaging winds to 70 mph and large hail will be the main threats with thunderstorms. A tornado or two is also possible.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Friday through Wednesday. Scattered to isolated thunderstorms are possible on Friday. Some may be strong to severe at times.

Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Heavy rain has fallen over the watch area over the last 24 hours. Additional showers and thunderstorms are expected later today which could produce locally heavy rainfall of 1 to 3 inches.
