This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north central Ohio, northeast Ohio and northwest Ohio.
DAY ONE
Today and tonight. Please listen to NOAA Weather Radio or go to weather.gov on the Internet for more information about the following hazards. Heat Advisory. Clusters of strong to severe thunderstorms are possible today with primary impacts of damaging winds and large hail.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Thursday through Tuesday. Clusters of strong to severe thunderstorms are possible Thursday.

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM EDT WEDNESDAY
WHAT
Peak heat index values will range from the upper 90s up to 103 degrees Wednesday afternoon. Overnight lows will only drop to the low to mid 70s which will provide limited nighttime relief from the heat. WHERE

Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Hot and humid conditions will continue on Thursday, and portions of the Heat Advisory may need to be extended.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS
Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke. To reduce risk during outdoor work, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration recommends scheduling frequent rest breaks in shaded or air conditioned environments.
