Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 904 PM EDT, emergency management reported high water in a few locations across the warned area due to prior heavy rainfall. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain fell earlier. - In addition, Sunday Creek at Glouster was in Minor Flood Stage at 14.0 feet. Flood Stage is 13 feet. - Some locations that will experience flooding include
Athens, Nelsonville, Glouster, Chauncey, Buchtel, Jacksonville, Trimble, Amesville, Stroud Run State Park and The Plains. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
