Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Flooding caused by excessive rainfall earlier this morning continues. WHERE
Northern Jackson County in southeastern Ohio
Northwestern Meigs County in southeastern Ohio
Northern Vinton County in southeastern Ohio
WHEN
Until 400 PM EDT. IMPACTS
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 1218 PM EDT, emergency management reported numerous flooded roadways in the warned area due to thunderstorms earlier this morning. Flooding is ongoing. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include
