Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 207 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported ongoing flooding in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include
Dayton, Kettering, Huber Heights, Troy, Trotwood, Sidney, Piqua, Miamisburg, Springboro, Vandalia, Englewood, Greenville, Franklin, Celina, Tipp City, Eaton, St. Marys and Moraine.

Thursday through Tuesday. Thunderstorm chances continue into Thursday. A few strong to severe storms are possible along with locally heavy rainfall.
