Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Scattered to numerous rain showers and thunderstorms are expected this afternoon into this evening. Showers and thunderstorms will be capable of producing heavy downpours, with rainfall rates reaching 1 to 2 inches per hour.
